Question for the Developers
Wasting My Thyme
You have two different apps in the iOS App Store: One is: Private Photo Vault - Pic Safe" (latest version 12.8). The icon is a folder with a key. The other is: "SV - Private Photo Vault PRO" (latest version 13.1). The icon is blue, with a shield and a lock. Why two apps? Is one going to be the official app that is maintained going forward, while the other is not? Which one should customers use or subscribe to?
Crashes every time you open it

Totally useless. If you have vault enabled, it crashes in 10-30 seconds every time. Totally waste of money
New updates ruined exporting files

Since the new makeover, the app looks better but functionality has stayed the same or worsen. Biggest issue is when you export files, it no longer name the files in numerical order like it used to. Now it’s a bunch of random letters and there is no way to sort them by order. I have already emailed customer service multiple times but their answer is “thanks. There is nothing we can do about it”.
