Cannot add column to Matrix Dropdown

Paid monthly to attain the matrix of dropdown menus and both on the app and website I am unable to add a column. The default is 2. Why should I have to pay incrementally to be able to speak with someone from customer service

I used to LOVE survey monkey, and used it for my applications for my animal rescue. I started a new survey, and now I can only use 10 questions in the free version, and they want to charge me $35 a month, more than I pay for a gym membership. The free surveys I made last year were 120 with no problems. I will find a new survey creator.
App Crashes or Id give it a 5 Star

Every time I open the app on my iPhone and iPad the app closes. Can’t use it. It’s unfortunate because my purpose was to share the app as a resource during a training / presentation at my agency this Friday.

Every time I try to create a survey from the templates the app crashes completely. I still have not seen the app in action for myself.

Amazing App , Take us beyond what we actually need .. gives us more options and choices ; we use it for many stuff especially some education survey and much more such as #Live survey showing results at no time and share it or save it - anything you need or want , friendly App ; makes the survey so easy and useful with a lot of Fun .

I’m new at it and still learning a lot. It has helped and saved my organization with speed, administrative functions and facilitated voting and setting up a new governing body. I see this helping my organization grow.

Every time I try to share my survey it says server can’t connect and that I have to contact someone and it takes forever to load

Great tool for groups

Highly recommend. Great way to get groups of people to answer for dates or other decisions as needed. Easy to create and send surveys.
