Limited functionality

I'm new to the app so take this with a grain of salt. I was hoping to add some text about the purpose of the survey, thank people for taking it, etc but the app just jumps right into the questions.

On the app, it will not let me have just one answer choice, even if I have “Other” as a separate choice. In addition, it will not allow me to create a comment box question on the app. SurveyMonkey needs to fix this ASAP. I use this app often and create surveys for multiple occasions.
Difficult to send surveys to others

I was excited to download this app for surveys for a class I’m teaching. I’ve found, however, that I am unable to send the link to my students. It seems as though I would need to purchase the app for at least $39/month in order to use the sending feature. Bummer. Will be deleting unless there is a way to send links without the fee.
Sort of useless at this point

Because most of the functionality available via the desktop browser version is NOT available in the app (or on mobile) yet, this app is sort of useless until FULL functionality is available. It’s ok for creating new (non-template) surveys, but editing/deleting items once created is NOT allowed yet, rendering the app useless. My advice...stick with the desktop version until they can build a real, fully functional app.
Can’t remove response options

Whenever I tap the switch to remove a multiple choice response, the switch is unresponsive. Sure, I could go onto my computer and edit it from there, but that defeats the purpose of using the app with its accessibility.

Great app, but is a bit expensive for a college student. But it’s worth it if you want to collect data and research for you company.
Can’t sign in

I’d like to give more stars, but I can’t even experience the app since it won’t let me sign in with Office 365, the way I signed up. Looked online and couldn’t find where to request support. ??♂️ Update: The developer response was to send an email to an address listed. The email I sent got an auto reply telling me that I can’t email them directly and that my email was NOT delivered to the support team. ??♂️
Please fix individual respondents bug!

Great tool, but I can rarely see each individual response, which is sometimes key for context. You tap on a respondent, the page downloads, but the page is blank. Please fix it. Thank you!
