I had this app for less than 24 hours. Everything was going great and I couldn’t believe I was getting paid actual money to do surveys while I watched tv or during down time at work. Of course, it was in small increments but, I knew that going in to the experience. Survey Junkie is straight forward about the pay. You’re not going to get rich or replace an income and I was ok with that but, let me get back to the point.. Everything was going great. I was taking all the surveys I could and accumulated $11.95 in my first day with this app. Cashed it out to my PayPal and was pretty excited when it popped up in my balance as actual money. Then, I return to the app to take more surveys and they’re all gone. Not a single survey to be had. At first I thought maybe they had a limit but after a lot of research, couldn’t find anything of the sort. I used the “contact us” function in the app and have yet to receive a response. I have tried everything from deleting and reinstalling, visiting the desktop site, logging in and out, and on and on. Still nothing. I am not dependent on this money but, I was really enjoying using the service and earning a little change in my spare time. Also, Survey Junkie and their affiliates have a ton of my info now which isn’t a problem. I agreed to it and it comes with the territory when using services like these. Your info is their product. Most free services are like that. I’m sure I will be getting robot calls, spam emails, and more as a part of me sharing this info. That being said, I feel like I have done my part in sharing that. I’m hoping Survey Junkie will do their part and fix this problem. Update: The problem was the fact that I use a secure email service. I had already created an account, confirmed the email address, taken surveys, and cashed out all while using my protonmail email address. Then, it stopped working. I’ve already shared a ton of information with Survey Junkie but I guess since I use a secure email that doesn’t sell my info, I can’t use it. I was asked specifically to create a “gmail, yahoo, etc” and to make a whole new PayPal account with that email address. I’m not doing all that just to make some nickels and dimes. I appreciate the 12 bucks but I’m deleting my account now.

What I like about this site is: it gives the option to pay with PayPal, 5.00 dollar payout minimum, and it’s better than average for easy to use interface. What I don’t like about this site is: answering required survey questions and being told the survey is full, or another issues. I’ve had a few surveys do this and I only get 2 or 3 cents, low payouts, getting asked the same questions over and over again in the same survey, getting asked the same demographic questions for different surveys, and only qualifying for full pay with a couple of surveys. I have had times we’re I do about 10 surveys and only get a full payout for 1 or 2 of them. Survey Junkie is number 3 on my best survey site list. My number 1 site pays better but they do have less surveys (that site calls them studies). The number 2 site pays better in some cases but has its own issues.

Works but a lot of surveys tend to kick you out, that shouldn’t be made possible.

where did my surveys go? i’ve had this app for two weeks, and all of a sudden, my surveys disappear and this random page that says “want to take more surveys and earn more rewards?” and then it lists things i can sign up for to get a bonus or something. what is this? i want my surveys back
