I had a old iPhone 6 and since I charge to iPhone 10 no longer works, my wife has a iPhone 8 and on hers work just fine. I really wish could work again.

Over the years, I have used this app a lot. On my computer, it doesn’t use chrome or edge; they won’t work! I must look on Microsoft search and bring up Internet Explorer to set up and see the videos. On my phone, I have used Bing. But, overall the system is fine. I have only had a few instances lately that were network related. I wish the company would post when they are updating.
Lots of buttons- but nothing works!

It honestly feels like there is lots of functionality but nothing really works on the app. The only thing that I can use this app for on my phone is watching live. Rewinding to a specific date and time has never worked for me. Now it seems I can’t watch anything on my Mac either....? Looking for answers

I click on app it opens and it closes down by itself after 2 seconds!!!!!! ? uninstalled and redos loads and still same crap

It’s not working on iPone XR at all. When I try to use it on iPhone XR, it never load and nothing shows.
