I used this App and had no problems on my iPhone 6. I upgraded to an iPhone XR and I can’t even open the App!! No good to me now!

When I was away I wanted to keep “an eye” on my home inside and out. I could not get a connection. When I returned home it worked. What’s the point of having it if doesn’t work when you’re away???
When will it be available for iPad?
