Can’t even open app

It has problems to view on my phone all the time,now I’m using iPhone XR can’t even open the app,if it has 0 star I’ll give it

I used this with an iPhone6S and had no problems. Recently upgraded to an iPhoneXS and the app won’t even open. As soon as you tap on the app, it immediately crashes.

I’m in the industry and use this app quite a bit including for my own personal surveillance cameras. I intentionally have not updated my IOS above 11.3.1 as that will make the app crash. Aside from that it is great to use even for PTZ surveillance’s.

This app will not open on the new iPhone XR. I recently upgraded my phone and this is the only app that doesn’t work on the new phone. Please update the app to work with the new phones.

I have been using it for years and wow this is the best experience i ever had. The other apps does not let you control how fast or how clear you want the video to be!!! Wow the bad reviews are people that don’t give a crap but who cares they are gonna stay the same anyways. Thanks to the person who made this app! New Users, come on in and try this app.

App does not work anymore!! No remote connection to security cameras and this is not good. Please fix ASAP When will you update to iOS 11? The app does not work anymore with the new update. NOT GOOD! App DOES NOT WORK with iPhone XR. Please update before 2030! Update your app please. Does not work with iPhone XR. Your app needs to be updated it does not work with iPhone XR. It crashes immediately. Please fix!
