I absolutely love this game! I haven’t been able to load it past 13% for at least 10 hours. I have done all the tasks on the troubleshooting site. With no luck. I know there are more people with this same problem. We are getting behind with the new quests! I hope you can compensate us so we can catch up quickly! Please send out an update! I spend a ton of real money on this game. Kinda sad that’s the customer service I get for it though ?

It is the best game I have ever played. So much action,and movement. It is a life saver for me. I am paralyzed,and spend so much time on my bed with my little poodle. Bentley is jealous of my city. It is beautiful, I hope you take a look. I try to help my neighbors every day. I really love it. 1410210
Trouble opening

Hi First, I want to say how much I enjoy this game. It is engaging and challenging. I find myself coming back often throughout the day to work on “my city”. Recently, I have been having trouble opening the game. It gets to 13% and stops and I get a technical error message. I have reloaded, reconnected to my WiFi, turned off and then back in my device. Are there any additional things I can do? I do not want to delete the game then download because I do not want to have to start again from the beginning. Any advice/help you can give is much appreciated. I wanna get back to my city! :-)

I’ve been playing so this isn’t the first time it’s happen, but I saved up to 32 newspapers, went to valley, came back to the city & now no more papers. This happens as soon as to get close to get a building, really. Afraid to remove & reload because I don’t want to lose anything. Really need to fix this problem!
Fun game but be warned...

Start saving $ you are going to need it. Very fun game but without spending real money you DO NOT stand a chance. I continually need buildings that produce items needed to progress, but they all require you to spend real cash to purchase (which I did, but now regret). I need to build buildings to increase population but I can’t expand the city because they will not give me items to make the tools needed to expand. Ex: sheets of metal are pretty much non existent, yet you need them to make lots of pickaxes to clear land and if you are lucky enough to get a few they require you to use them to make other items that are needed to complete tasks / quests. You will be required to purchase a building in order to start a quest. It will cost hundreds of thousands of coins. You will try to save up, get really close then...surprise! Yet another task will require you to take a lot of those saved coins to complete a task in order to complete the quest. This happens over and over again. I love a challenge but hate being pressured to spend money. So, while I enjoy this game I find it to be a “money pit” and recommend it only to those who don’t mind loosening their purse strings, a lot!

Updates drive ya crazy...I love the game put a lot of time into it...ipads app crashes a lot...there tryin to fix it I guess...but very addictive

I loved the game but now you HAVE to buy cash to buy homes to update the population to get the home spend by coins it’s ridiculous!!! I don’t wanna buy homes to increase my pop ?
