iTunes is removing my reviews/Or Apple support said they can’t remove theirs but they do anyway

Either Apple is removing my comments or SuperCity. According to Apple they are not “Supposed “ to but they do! And if you are iTunes, please stop. I’m a paying customer and this app has taken over 2k of my money and the staff have went out of their way to ruin the game for me by not allowing me to participate in quests since September. When I had money returned to me because I invested in an event and I was knocked off their server for 11 days, Daria refused to compensate me even though I asked via email, kindly. iTunes refused to refund me so I went around them and my bank handled it for me so that may be why the staff are so angry with me. I sincerely apologize ??. Beware if you have received any phishing links via Facebook, it’s very likely it could be ????????. And to SuperCity I really did enjoy your game, obviously you must know that or you wouldn’t have started this war with me but I’m watching you. I have friends in high places...stop with the ph$%**ng!

Have been playing this game for several years and have always loved it. But the last several months has been terrible. Game is not loading properly and nothing I do clears it up. Have submitted several complaints about the problems, but just keep getting toll that they are working on it. Is a shame, because the game was a lot of fun.

Great game to start with, just don’t waste any money on challenges, lotteries, etc.!!! You can always replay them later since that is All the developers are doing now. NOTHING new for over 18 months! Otherwise, a fun way to waste time. NOT worth money!

Game has gone downhill very quickly and here is why.

A few months ago I would have given this game a 5 star rating. Then things changed for the worse. First, they started special event quests where you need 7,000 points to finish. In the last 3 events on my leaderboard only 1 person has finished. Many people complained. They needed to lower the points to 5,000 just to give a reasonable chance. So people quit playing and yet they still put them out. Secondly, a month ago they started putting out repeat quests for new players to get buildings all the long term players have had. So there are a ton of us that have not even had to log on for a month now. Their most loyal players and they have abandoned us. So there literally is no reason to even open up the game anymore. Thirdly, everyone who has written has said they all get the same reply but then nothing changes. No one gets any answers of why from support. Just that it will get passed up the chain of command. So there is virtually no communication between players and support on some issues. Fourth, there is no way to delete inventory items, or have them sorted so you can find items easily....we need double the land we have now and that too has not even been mentioned. The developers should really be on their own Facebook page and post updates on issues that effect the people who play and spend real cash in this game. I find it incredibly frustrating that for a solid month now tons of us have no reason to play anymore. They also skipped Halloween this year. No holiday quests. And every single lotto has the same repeat prizes. Month after month after month. I know a few people who have deleted this game. I will give it until Christmas. If things don’t change I too shall also be deleting as other players on the forums are talking about doing. This could be the beginning of the end for what used to be an amazing game with something always going on. Once people delete it...how do you get them back? Or they find other games and decide to play those instead. Once you lose people....they are gone. You should really be listening and reading the forums. And take to heart what your moderators are telling you that everyone complains about. I used to be a moderator for your official page. I couldn’t as there were so many quests I couldn’t play. Now, I log on 1x per week just to see if possibly anything has been released. And yet again, nothing. My game just sits there empty.

This used to be my favorite game. What happened? The creators of this game just gave up? They abandoned all of their loyal players. I’ve moved on and found other games I like but I still miss this one. So be it. Had to say it. So long and good riddance. Deleting.

This game seems to be ending!

There has not been a quest in weeks, we are still collecting acorn coins with nowhere to spend them. No lottery in weeks, the last one was an old summer lottery with repeat prizes. No season change. Meanwhile their FB game has had a change to winter and they are collecting baubles, not acorns. Sooo many people have written to them and they will not answer, no responses to anyone. I love this game and I have spent a great deal of time and money on it. I love my city and to end the game like this is unfair. No compensation, no offer to move my buildings to their FB game...nothing.
