Game will not open after update

The game required the update and after installing the update the game will not open.

So many issues with this game it is always crashing and then it doesn’t want to load, you spend so much money just trying to complete quest then in the middle of a quest the game loves to freeze. After their updates it won’t load you have to delete the game and reinstall over and over support is no help
Not as good as it used to be

I have been playing this game since the beginning. Used to love it! It has changed so much and is really not fun anymore. Go back to what it used to be. Stupid buildings I don’t want in my city. Used to spend a lot of money, now there’s nothing to buy ?♀️
Unreliable and expensive

The contests are impossible to win unless you pay money for extra super bucks. If you win even first prize the award is so small and never equals what you buy. The building of your city can be fun but requires long term investment of time and money. The worst part of this game is that the designers haven’t figured out how to run the contests without something going wrong. I have lost a lot of money when it seems in the middle of a game glitches happen sometimes the games go back to normal at end of game. Then you lose and it gets very frustrating.

I love this game I have it installed on my iPhone but it keeps crashing more than one I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it’s still doing the same thing

Since the update I can’t get on. I’ve tried and tied. I’m on 113 level and have spent lots of my own money building my city. I have always enjoyed this came. You updated it and now it won’t load. My operating system is Apple Pad with 145 mg free. My internet is excellent so it’s got to be you.

Since I updated this morning on Nov 22 my Mimi game isn’t working right. In search of festivities all my buildings are gone. Please fix this. I paid the extra money in this game. And losing time on it hurts
