Good when working, but that isn’t very often

Great app when working, but unfortunately that is less than half of the time. App is very slow, and often doesn’t open at all.
Can’t use app after update

Every time I open the app now it doesn’t allow me to actually use it- it just stays frozen on the same screen. None of my other apps do this so it’s just a problem with this one. Even tried redownloading it

I love this app considering I’m an out of state student so I’m able to keep up with the news on campus. I also love the rewards but I think they need better rewards, it’s always the same. I give this app 3 stars mainly because the app always freezes. I would have more points by using the app more frequently if it didn’t freeze all the time.

It’s really difficult to accrue rewards. I’ve been playing for over a year and I’m STILL in the middle of the first range of rewards. The giveaways don’t really ever change, and they’re not rewards that are with the effort. Also, a lot of the quiz (Smarter than a Sun Devil) questions are wrong. We have tried searching for answers online before, and some questions were about a basketball game that hadn’t even happened yet. The app continually freezes and crashes. It could be a great app but I don’t get to use it for long before it freezes. I don’t see a benefit for students to use it either.
Hard to Redeem Rewards

I originally downloaded this app in 2017 and used it for about 6 months. In that time, I redeemed two ASU t shirts. I constantly went to events in Tempe and did the quizzes. I now go to downtown campus and redownloaded the app for this past spring semester. I have accrued 2600 points so far which would have gotten me a t shirt in 2017 but now the lowest shirt is 4500. I feel like it is harder to receive rewards than it was in the past, especially if you aren’t at the Tempe campus.

This app needs some improvement. Here are my suggestions: first it is glitchy and will freeze sometimes. We don’t have time to wait for it so it needs to load fast and respond. Second, the survey questions assume you are a current student not an alumni or parent. I know more parents/alum who use it over my SD. Finally, it takes too long to reach prize levels. Prizes need to be more desirable too. I am not interested in waiting 2 years to earn a cup or T-shirt. Yawn.
