Response to screen being bright

you can go to settings and find the accessibility controls. Turn on the white over black setting and the screen will be a black background. Also, for colors I take photos and choose them as my pallet in the substrate settings

Over half the ppl on here ARE KIDS!!!! That means they would NOT KNOW STRESS IF IT HIT THEM!!! And believe me the day it does you'll be thankful you'll have some else besides "zombies" or such to calm your frazzled nerves by the end of the day. You WILL NOT BE IN YOUR TEENS & 20s forever!! It will be a rude awaken for some of you; that will continue to live in your parents house or basement!! Hold on, it's one ride you'll NEVER FORGET...GROWING UP!!!

Listen- oh younger ones here, STRESS IS RELATIVE! As you get older- your stressors will change, BUT- your ability & your tools for dealing with the stressors WILL improve. And kudos to you for recognizing this app as a tool for that! When you are young, you haven't gotten down the fleetingness Of time, because you haven't lived long enough to get a good perspective on the multitude of changes that come with time. Things & situations seem like there is no change. But the older you get- the more you will see "this too shall pass". Nothing in life is forever, and your entire life can be forever changed in the blink of an eye. One more thing and I'll shut up. Your life will be so much the better if you chose to have happy, positive friends. Surround yourself with the people who will lift your spirit up- instead of trying to pull you down to Their pit. Case in point- the wise & sage 'relax'. Ooh- choked on those words trying to get them out! Good luck to you, and Godspeed!

My substrate is so calming and I love it, but it does not come with colors. This find the app that does have colors is such a hassle. One for which is hard because there is no app that comes with colors.

Did you hear that the iPhone 5 has a bigger screen? Cool little app. Not a memory hog. About as useful as 'Is it dark outside?' A keeper!
