Listen- oh younger ones here, STRESS IS RELATIVE! As you get older- your stressors will change, BUT- your ability & your tools for dealing with the stressors WILL improve. And kudos to you for recognizing this app as a tool for that! When you are young, you haven't gotten down the fleetingness Of time, because you haven't lived long enough to get a good perspective on the multitude of changes that come with time. Things & situations seem like there is no change. But the older you get- the more you will see "this too shall pass". Nothing in life is forever, and your entire life can be forever changed in the blink of an eye. One more thing and I'll shut up. Your life will be so much the better if you chose to have happy, positive friends. Surround yourself with the people who will lift your spirit up- instead of trying to pull you down to Their pit.
