So far, so good!

Mr. Ashford teaches

I have used Study.com to take four state required tests regarding becoming an elementary teacher. Simply by viewing the lessons and videos, I have been able to pass all my tests on the first attempt. This is the best experience for the price. I have only good things to say about this website!

Needs improvement

Nice app but the UI could use improvement. It should be easier to fast forward or rewind through video lessons. We should also have the option to download all videos of a single course without having to go into each individual lesson.

This is just the first day of using the AP I wish I could go directly to the course that I am using each time I start a session. I would also like a favorites file so I can go directly to the video I would like to watch. That being said it’s a fun way to learn and you always have access to classes so you can sneak in a quick lesson while waiting for a appointments.

Role of Greek Women

I love this app! It’s a pleasure to use with my students. Why is a male voice constantly narrating all of the history lessons? After multiple lessons/chapters on Ancient Greece, we just started a new chapter called, “The Role of Greek Women” and a new male voice narrates. I appreciate the material covered — the male narrator leads the opening of the segment, describing the Greek’s terrible “blot” in history was they excluded women from it. Does anyone at Study.com see the irony here?

Missing quizzes/tests

ST4C3Y8

I have noticed a lot of finished quizzes and tests not showing as done. My son takes them on his account and they should transfer over and show done on the main account. They also don’t transfer over to the grade book on the web version. Other than that (which is kind of big because the grade book is pointless if it doesn’t get all grades) I enjoy the app and site. The videos have been helping my son.

Waste of time and money

After seeing the answer I needed to a question I was falsely lead to believe that by signing up for this service I would be able to continue to get the answers I needed that was not the case..

Used for praxis biology

It is well done and intuitive I did well Warning - it is extensive Make sure you leave enough time to complete the course - I only finished two thirds of it and initially thought I had plenty of time If you give it good time you will get a lot out of it

Study.com makes boring subjects fun

PhoenixLinx

I have ADHD. In order to succeed in a class I must recall the content. I can not recall the content if I do not pay attention. Maintaining my attention requires that the content is interesting or urgent. Study.com makes boring subjects fun and therefore interesting. As a result I am succeeding in my classes because I can recall the content. Thank you study.com. The value that your site provides is well worth the monthly premium. P.S. please add links to videos that make up the underling material of each video. For example, if a video is about multiplying polynomials, please add links to prerequisite material such as adding polynomials. In other words, provide links to knowledge that your customers need to understand the current video/lesson.

No way!!!

I needed to complete six courses to be admitted to my masters program. The local college was estimating my cost at around six thousand dollars and a year of classes! I will complete the same courses in months and spend less than $600! Thank you study.com!
