App not working

Every time I open the app it turns white and nothing happens. I even tried restarting the app and it does the same thing.
Problems viewing video lessons on the app

Not all of the video lessons are visible in the app as compared to the website. For instance, under my 1st chapter in the Integrated social studies, only the first 6 lessons are viewable. There is no scroll bar to scroll down and reach the rest of the lessons on the app. I have to actually use the official internet website to access the other video lessons. Can you guys fix this? Contact me if you have questions about what I’m referring to. For $60 a month, this shouldnt be an issue.

You think for $60 a month I could get an app that would fit my phone screen, it’s not made for the bigger iphones
Ok but needs help

The first problem is that the app does not work very smoothly. The second is that it there is no way to give feedback in the app. There are mistakes in the class that I am taking and I have no way of alerting anybody to the problem.
$60 a month is a lot

I am a homeschool mom $60 is a lot but I’m always trying to find materials to help my daughter learn. Perhaps I should make my own if $60 a month is a going rate. I can’t imagine many students or teachers can afford that though.
Not free!
I used to love this...
I downloaded the app because the website I was on for art research had a banner that said “download free app” but this is not the case—this app is $39.99 a month if you want to access any information. Misleading, false advertising.
Is it worth it?

The app keeps crashing, I’ve had to restart my phone several times.

Thank you for building such a user friendly mobile app as I listen to videos on the go all the commute and my bus ride to work finishing 3-4 sections before 9am. Highly recommend Study.com if you are looking for an amazing way to meet your educational goals.
