Bad costumer service and a set up

I been taking classes for two weeks now, trying to finish so I douhave to pay much, but this is a set up. Write many emails trying to contact someone and when they answer with an email no one give the answer I ask for. Everyone give the same answer and don't really help with the questions Im concerned. When I ask for a call back 3 times never call back. I been talling them that I'm struggling with the course for two weeks and no support respond. THIS IS A SET UP. They take two weuto review a test, not even Harvard takes this long. It's a set up so you don't finish the class in one month, and keep paying the membership. I'm very disappointed, Im a mom with 3 kids with no money and time to loose. This is sad and unbelievable.

I have no problem with the app or the lessons, what I do have a problem is when it says free trial and still charges $59.99. Great lessons btw but refund please.

I am doing online school and am in my last semester of my senior year. I just needed a few more credits and found two courses on Study.com. Each lesson is on average 8 1/2 to 9 minutes long with a five question quiz at the end of each. When you get a question wrong on the quizzes and make sure it to explain why you got it wrong and let you retake the quiz until you pass with an 80% or higher. I was able to get a couple lessons done within an hour. And still learned so much during that time frame! Definitely love and recommend this website to anyone and everyone and doing online school!

You can view excerpts of the information available which may be enough for if you’re just looking for certain information, but to view anything in it’s entirety or to take a course you have to sign up and pay $60 a month for unlimited access and you can cancel at anytime. I was disappointed seeing no in-app purchase in apps the description.

Another version of Khan Academy but with more interaction. Not free. User-friendly layout, especially on app. The lessons are condensed and precised. i like the summary part at the end of each video.
Feel completely ripped off

The app itself is fine and easy to use. However I used it to take the CLEP exam for principles of marketing and I would estimate that 75% of the questions on the exam were not at all covered in the course on this app. It was a complete joke how lost I was and how much educated guessing I did. Oh I failed in case you’re wondering. Complete waste of time and money, which I’m sure I’ll never see again. Go elsewhere.

Thoughtful, short clips that expound on an idea. The animation is cute, and narrators pretty good. Each video ends with a short quiz. All of this means they are paying attention to the science of learning as well as subject matter content. Love!

I love that I can use my app on the go. Listen to lessons in the car, breaks, walks and take the quiz as many times as needed! I have had issues with the app freezing, (so have some other scholars that I am friends with) I usually close the app and lunch it on google. Other than that, it’s been amazing!
