Great App but missing some relevant features

Great app, good extension to the desktop version but missing some features like search by address, building, etc. please add this to the app as well. Also I get an error when I try to search in the app, can't add options, screen freezes.

Really a great app, I just wish Street Easy required certain fields to be put in like square footage or number/types of total rooms. I don't want to spend my Saturday looking at a bunch of 400 sq ft apartments with no living room because that is considered the second bedroom.

This is probably a 4 star app, but I’m docking it 3 of those stars because it constantly pesters me for a rating. Even when I hit “Ignore”, it still asks me again and again, sometimes within minutes of the last request. So here’s your rating! Thanks for asking me 100 times.

Awesome filters, comprehensive filters. When I'm walking around the city and see a building i would want to live in streeteasy lets me know if it has sales or rentals. Awesome way to search for open houses and track saved homes! Love streeteasy!
