Idk why it’s so difficult to go back and find what listings I’ve favorited. I also wish they had a more convenient way to access what rentals I’ve contacted.
Over my budget

I hate that when I put my max budget on the search , it shows me apartments that are way over my budget. What happened ?! It never used to do that. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, it still the same. Please fix it.
Listings are not appearing on app

Most listings online are not appearing on the app. I can see 200 online and only 4 on the app for the same search!
Don’t give them your email

If you do, be prepared to receive upwards of 20 “updates” about buildings you may be interested in... Good app, terrible defaults for notifications.
App reloads whenever I switch to another app

Whenever I switch over to Google Earth to get a 3-D view of the building I’m looking at and I switch back to StreetEasy the app reloads and starts from scratch. This makes it completely impossible to use it in any useful way. I’ve resorted to deleting the app and using the website on my iPad.

Street Easy is ignoring customer feedback. I’m looking to buy a 2 bedroom coop on Shore Rd. Street Easy keeps sending me rental listings despite my feedback to the contrary.
