I subscribed (with 2 month free trial) on January 14. Today, 5 days later, Strava "misplaced" my subscription and no longer lists me as a subscriber. I can't access all the features of a subscription, so I'm looking elsewhere (hello Ride with GPS!).

Before any new features it would be nice to have a little robustness to whats already available. Only half of the activities can be selected on the apple watch versus the actual app which is kind of a deal breaker despite having the app for so long because thats kind of the point of the watch… and apps that say they support it.

Great app... awesome way of recording rides and runs… Really fits my fast paste & salty way of living.

A recent problem I’ve noticed is clicking links to Strava and it opens in a browser. This should direct me to the app. This means I have to sign into the mobile web version in order to view the link. I understand mobile app has limitations compared to desktop version. However, I noticed I don’t get mobile notifications when someone shares a route with me. But I gets notification when I’m using the desktop site. I really like the app and the features but the disparity in experiences is rather frustrating. Also why can’t I share a route link from my desktop similar from the phone app? Another example of inconsistent experience. Here’s another one: when I click a link to a Strava activity from Twitter, why does the App Store open and not the Strava app?

I ran 3 miles yesterday and at mile 1 I checked my app and it wasn’t tracking miles and the pace was way off. Please fix it as I am needing this app for a half marathon training

I’ve tried uninstalling and installing. It simply won’t work. In general Strava is very unresponsive to feedback or bug reports. There are bizarre UI choices like the wheels for entering numbers in manual activities, and the inability to edit distances for indoor runs even though these are not accurately recorded.

Runner for 12 years. Best running app. Have been using it for 4 months and I’m very pleased.

Don’t get it. I’m a premium member and have been for several years. They no longer respond to customer service issues. I’ve emailed them on the app and have messaged their Twitter account customer support account. Crickets. It’s like they just threw in the towel. Running is an important part of my life and I pay for this app because of that. But I’m going to cancel my subscription due to their abandonment of customers. It’s unethical.
