I subscribed but Strava dropped my subscription – Strava: Run, Bike, Hike Review

I subscribed (with 2 month free trial) on January 14. Today, 5 days later, Strava "misplaced" my subscription and no longer lists me as a subscriber. I can't access all the features of a subscription, so I'm looking elsewhere (hello Ride with GPS!).
