For some reason I decided to pay the 19.95 to get books open and they won't open. Help.
Still no sound

There is no sound with this app. I read the reviews, but my kids have been enjoying the old storybots video only app, so I thought I'd try this. Super disappointed. I'm going to keep using the old app as long as I can but it's super buggy now, sadly with no fixes coming in sure. This is a huge bummer!

Save yourself from the headache of a sad and disappointed kid. Crashes reliably anytime we press Start Now. At least the music makes the kid happy for a couple seconds.
Paid subscription doesn’t work

I purchased a subscription for my grandsons birthday. I am continually referred back to the subscription page when I try to unlock a new book to personalize. Then the app tells me that I’ve already paid. Vicious cycle, no resolution. Waiting to hear from JibJab. I’d recommend not paying and stay with free options which are entertaining.

Sometimes I have problems with the videos they don’t play and I feel angry about that so maybe fix that problem thanks again for your progress!
