Paid subscription doesn’t work – StoryBots – Fun & Learning Review

I purchased a subscription for my grandsons birthday. I am continually referred back to the subscription page when I try to unlock a new book to personalize. Then the app tells me that I’ve already paid. Vicious cycle, no resolution. Waiting to hear from JibJab. I’d recommend not paying and stay with free options which are entertaining.
