No sound!

My toddler loves this app. We played with it all yesterday, and now all of the sudden it won't play any sound, but my other apps will. It also won't let me add a picture of him for the videos "featuring me" I tried following the instructions to allow access, but the app won't even show up in my settings. Very disappointed.

This app is so adorable my kids love it but I can't get any volume on any of it no matter what settings are on my phone so I can't feel good about buying the full version.

Love story bots!! Both my boys watch it!! I was so excited to see this app!! It looks cool but the app does not have any sound!! So I haven't really looked into the app a lot!!

Don't pay for this!

Paid for monthly subscription and I cannot access anything, then I was informed that my email address is not associated with an account even though I was signed in on the app. Waste of $5!!!

This app does all the things that studies say hurt brain development. It's crack for children built to keep them in and addicted. If they could have disabled the home button to close the app and I'm sure they would have.

Fun app for books. You can make your young one the main character of the story, but I've had issues with volume working on the app for the video section.

My child loves the StoryBots, watches the Netflix show, etc. Thought this would be the perfect app. It fails to open frequently and when it does open it doesn't give us access to the premium content we pay a subscription for. It tries to connect to the server and says "no response". It's super disappointing.

I am so disappointed in this app. I signed up for an annual membership and all the videos and books were still locked. There is a customer service number that only directs you to an email address. I sent two emails with no reply. I had to call Apple to refund the discounted annual fee of $19.99 thinking it was a glitch between Apple and the app developers. When I went to their website to sign up the annual fee...which earlier this morning was also 19.99 had gone up to 39.99. This has been a total wast of my time. I don't have faith in the app or the app developers and their lack of customer service.

Surely those of us who pay top dollar for this app subscription have paid the programmers to find a way for kids to utilize this app without internet connection. I'd take the space required on my device as a trade. This app can't be used in the car, or in times when the internet goes down. My kid is three- I shouldn't have to supply the internet just to hear "Hooray for A".... As for the content, we love it! So many different subjects are covered, and in such a fun manner! I may or may not have downloaded the alphabet songs from iTunes to play while I run. I mean if a song is going to be stuck in my head I may as well put it to good use, right?
