Money and mo money

BuhoSabio

Unless you want to spend monthly $100 forget it.

Super fun, takes skill for sure

informent

Super fun game, it’s pretty easy when you first start out but when you climb the ranks it gets pretty tough. I wish there was a few more ways to earn cards to help level. I’ve spent a small amount of money on it and wish I didn’t have to go level my cards. But overall awesome game.

Thanks for fixing my iPad

Jasont1413

I submitted a review. Developers saw I had a little issue loading Stormbound on my iPad. They replied to my review with some troubleshooting and it worked. Presto! This is the only game I play. It’s that good. Elegant. Thanks again

Lots of potential, but play to win

IronWill707

A fun game with lots of potential, but the ability to upgrade cards with money with no limit makes this game nearly unplayable. This theoretically could be remedied with proper matchmaking, however you will be frequently matched with these credit card warriors even at the lowest league levels. Extremely frustrating, because you will be outmatched by better cards and there’s nothing you can do about it

Lazy

I read a review on how this game is paid to win from someone else back in November, idk what year because it doesn’t say but what I want to point out is that the devs said “they’ll try their best to work on balancing those problems”. You wanna know what the developers thought was a good idea? They made a feature that gives you more loot if you PAY for multiple packs and build up points for that extra bonus. This game is getting to the point where I’m stuck in low level ranks and there is people with almost max level cards. UNPLAYABLE. This is the most pathetic pay to win game ever. You guys can’t think of a creative way of earning money. Instead of cosmetics that don’t affect the game you want more money and have players pay for in game currency to have an edge against other players. There is no such thing as progressing in this game without having to buy a bunch of gold and rubies and shards and a bunch of card packs.

The only game I played for years.

Great game, great community.

Fun and well made

Papa Mastiv

This game is fun, well made, and honestly doesn’t coddle you in the early campaign for you to get new cards.

Great game. But

BBQwnj

honestly it’s a great game to playing but selecting your Kingdom not so much I wish they have a mix deck that you can choose which cards. You can play from different kingdoms and put them in one deck to me that would be great.

The Fun is there but the content isn’t.

asmallpupper

Short and sweet. Core game is pretty fun. The deck mechanic they use is pretty standard if you’ve played Clash Royale. The cards themselves are very unique with a varying array of models and 4 tribes. A surprisingly large amount of cards too. That being said, there’s nothing to do in game. There’s campaign, ranked, and brawl. Campaign you can complete in an hour, ranked is fun but it’s hard to find players past bronze and silver ranks, and brawl is only open every 2 days leaving the other days with only one option. The pay to win is really predatory. There’s only one section in one slot of the shop that actually deals with in game currency, the rest are packs for cards and PTW currency packs for more cards lol. Game is good but hindered by an outdated PTW model.

Amazing developers and fan base

Mike Hawk Hart

Been a player for over a year now and honestly enjoy the dedication the developers are to the game. One thing I enjoy about this game they have an Instagram account and have polls which allow the fan base decide what cards to be buffed, de buffer, or leave it alone.
