Mobile developers have traveled from the distant past to make this app. No touch ID. Screen UI for the iPhone 4. Loading before and after the login screen. Everything is slow to load.
Active updates but no iPhone X screen

How in the world does a financial institution not support the more recent screen sizes? Feels like a high schooler built this app. My Credit Union has a better app than this

App is buggy, customer service is horrible. Good luck if you ever want to transfer your vested company shares (RSUs) to another institution such as Fidelity. The entire process is manual and it takes them approximately two weeks to execute the transfer. Other brokerage houses typically complete the transaction within 1-3 days. Horrible company!!!

Changes my language to “Bahasa Melayu”?

Thought someone from SE Asia had hacked my account, but it’s just this junk app changing the default language, and then refusing to save/recognize when I set it back to English. Thought I’d seen it all, so congrats to MS for an exciting new way to screw up an app!

Hardly any updates to this app, it’s still not iPhone X support, had not expected this from Morgan Stanley. Shame.
Outsourced App that disgraces big name financial institution

Yes, it’s Morgan Stanley. I mean, based on what their employees wear and where they work at, I guess they have plenty of pocket money to spare for recruiting some okay iOS developers. Using an outsourced App for 3 years, serving the clients that are themselves from the tech sector??? It’s like you Wall St people hiring me, a computer guy, to fill out your tax return paperwork.
