Terrible user experience

A.b. 05

1. Forces you to accept terms on a browser first, which means logging all over again. 2. No touch id The latest one doesn’t let you use the app before you accept the terms on the web browser. Then what’s the point on a mobile app exactly? Why can’t I accept the terms that NO ONE ever reads on the mobile app? Get together already. You are a major company for goodness sake.

Get serious about mobile

sonicsam

Using this app makes it clear that Morgan Stanley still thinks mobile is not a serious platform. It’s flaky as can be and just doesn’t work well. Maybe it’s just their servers that are to blame. But they clearly are living in the past. I don’t want to make a phone call every time I want to manage my assets

Does not support fingerprint authentication

Curt in NYC

Typing password every time I want to open the app is incredibly annoying. Looking at other 1 star reviews, people have been saying this forever, and they are ignoring the feedback.

Interface is horrible

Baracka Flocka Flames

Needs completely re-designed.

Not horrible

raklorap

Overall does what it needs to do. Lack of optimization is troubling from a security perspective. First time login took a very long time was impossible without relaunching the app multiple times.

Failed To Login After Password Updated on Website

Sea Maps

The app failed to login after the password is updated on the regular website. The same password works fine on the website. The regular website does not work on phone. Very bad user experience.

Error on log in still not fixed

mkvelocity

I thought with all the bad reviews maybe they worked to fix something. Just loaded the app and I have the same issues others complained about over a year ago. MS you are a big company so maybe you should find a new developer that tests the product and makes significant improvements. Touch ID would be nice but first just the ability to log in. I am deleting this app after this review.

I tolerated all the negatives until...

Hmachlab

I tolerated all the negatives ( bad design, no face/touch I'd, iPhone x, etc...) until I noticed that they sort the future vesting stocks by month ascending instead of by year. I know they contract these things out to crappy developers, but the fact that they're not ashamed to allow releasing a crap product is a proof of how much they care about their clients. I'm thinking about switching to Schwab instead.

Annoying to log in to over and over

timmattison

Just add Touch ID. This is getting old.
