- Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Step Buy Step uses your phone’s accelerometer to measure your movement, and primarily uses wifi and cell towers to track location. We also use GPS sparingly when for tracking your walking routes.

Absolutely loved the app and kept me interested enough to play it all the way through. Would love to see more challenges, more levels, and more things I can use my stepps on. I'd be willing to purchase expansion packs, another 5 levels or even more would be fantastic.

Neat buy needs more

Neat app, interesting premise, beautiful graphics. But needs more to it. Friend challenge to make it social. NEEDS HealthKit support. Can't recommend it just yet, but it shows promise.

Cute game. A lot more people would enjoy the game if you added support for fitbit and other exercise trackers. Not everyone wants to carry their phones all the time! Thank you for the app and keep up the great work!

It's a great app with a fun story (like always). It would be nice if there was a way to connect to Facebook or something to see your friends and how far they have walked. Other than that, get it, you'll love it.

Lighthearted whimsical pedometer game. Think of it as at the opposite end of the darkness spectrum from The Walk. Fun. Motivating. Probably won't have long term staying power in my fitness tracking.
