Downloaded it to help me do the splits but it doesn’t teach you at all it just makes u put a timer on how long ur doing it ?? don’t recommend
I’m really looking forward to getting my splits pretty soon and if I don’t I’m going to be really disappointed ?
I’ve only used this app a couple of days and I can already see a difference in how close I am to getting a split!! I’ve always wanted to get a split but I’ve never been able to and I think that if I keep using this app I will be able to achieve it in 30 days.
When attempting the splits I tend to get frustrated, with this app I only work about a minute a day. In addition to minimized stretching, I noticed most reviews comment on the number of advertisements, I did not have any. 10/10
This app is not good for conditioning and strengthening your muscles for the splits you could easily get get hurt but I gives a good stretch at least
The app is good if you want something to keep you accountable. You can just put how many seconds you held it in, and make sure you log everyday, but you have to use a phone timer/stopwatch to see how long you hold and then log it in the app. They should have a timer system instead just logging the seconds, especially if people try to count the seconds while doing the splits.
I had my splits many years ago. I am approaching 30 now, and long story short... I don’t have any ounce of a split. It’s horrible. So I found this app and wanted to give it a shot. First of all, this isn’t the healthiest/safest way to learn the splits. Especially if your muscles are as stiff as mine are. As mentioned in other reviews, you can injure yourself this way. Second of all, I have to manually input each second while trying to hold the split...? It should work like a timer, yes? It doesn’t. Might be a glitch that is easy to fix. Either way, I am moving on.
oh my god I got so frustrated with those ads that pop up every two seconds!!! I've only had this app for two days and it just gets so ridiculous I'm deleting it.
