Easy to follow. My problem was being able to take multiple shots of the specific damaged section. I had to choose, for example, left front when I wanted to take right front pics. Obviously, I’m challenged with this app.

The app is easy to use and tells you exactly what photos to take. It speeds up the claims process. The only warning I have for users is that you have to take the photos while using the app. I had taken some nice pictures of the damage but could not use them because the app requires you to use their picture templates and to take the photos with the app. It accesses your camera but no previously taken pictures in your camera roll.

The days of getting to an estimate center have come and gone. This handy app downloads quickly and opens to a user-friendly field where your car’s General appearance is already outlined in. Hold the camera steady! Then follow the prompts. The Dent & Scratch buttons allow you to indicate damage very accurately prior to taking photos. Hopefully I won’t have to use it again, but if I do, 5 mins. And job done! Thanks to the Design Team. Form AND Function.

The app is nice and easy to use but there should be more blogs to take more pictures on the damage part rather than just taking 3 pictures, in case if there is any dent or scratch in side rather the vehicle. There should be a spot for comment or notes too on the app rather just being pictures only.
