The app was simple to use and photos appeared to be of good quality. However I did not understand what the "heat map" was for. I am awaiting the estimate.
New update is incompatible

The new update is incompatible with my iPhone5 so I have to remove the app to get rid of the nagging update notification.

This app was a perfect and quick way to submit my pictures for my claim. Very easy to use and for people on the go, This is perfect for folks that have very little time remaining in their day to call and schedule an extra appointment just to get an estimate. We live several miles from town so this app made it so convenient to submit my pictures and get the process started. Very easy to use. Wonderful!!
