It was straight forward and easy to use. I thought that it was a good idea for them to give you the option of uploading more images of the damage. And it was very convenient as I didn’t have to wait for an adjuster to come and look at the vehicle.

Pocket app was very easy to use!! Taking the pics was tricky! I forgot to add a pic, so it would be helpful if you could log back in and submit more pics!!
