Using the app is easy, the only thing I think needs to be improved is where to indicate damage windshield, instead of scratch or dent.

Very easy to use app and love the outline it gives to take an exact match of your vehicle. Pictures are very clear and vivid. Only suggestion would be to make scanning vin easier cause I had the hardest time trying to figure out that one.

The State Farm Claims App. is simple. Nothing hard to do. The only thing I would implement is to be able to add more pictures; however, after dropping off the vehicle, the shop sends an addition to what has been shown through this app.
