Always get errors ‘no active OTP available’. ‘Sessions active as app closed abruptly’ ... and all of this when I am about to pay for a flight ticket. I am sure you guys use this app and get frustrated as well. Fantastic !

It is a shame that a bank of SBI’s stature can’t create a decent token generating app. This app is a trash. Token doesn’t get generated, app doesn’t open at times etc. you will never know if you clicked on the option - online otp. Can’t you create it as a visible button? Die SBI die!

THE MOST USELESS AND PATHETIC APP I HAVE EVER USED. THIS 19th CENTURY AUTHENTICATION METHOD OF OTP IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND NEVER WORKS WHENEVER IN NEED OF URGENT TRANSACTIONS. THINKING OF CLOSING THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THIS NEVER ENDING PAINFUL, STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. AND YES THE REVIEW IN BLOCK LETTERS IS DELIBERATE TO SHOW MY FRUSTRATION USING YOUR APP.

What, you guys expect me to configure every time you release a new version?? It was working fine before the the update, after the update I was able to register in mobile app, but in online it says the OTP is wrong. I didn’t get any activation code or OTP after mobile registration I use the same opt which I recruiting app registration, it’s really confusing and there is no document, how it suppose to work ??

Some folks reported issue after app upgrade post ios upgrade. Before i tried re regustering bt it failed. Later i reinstalled app and it worked like charm!

Sbi is wasting lakhs of rupees on online banking. I believe tcs is the one that developed this application. App when downloaded asks you to register again. I don’t know how can a developer be so dumb. Also for re-registration you got activate on phone and go back to online and do the registration again. The second OTP message takes forever and the mean time the token expires. I wish I could give 0 star rating. Unfortunately I don’t have such option!!!

Even after multiple tries, I did not receive the activation code needed to activate the app. How difficult is it to test the process you want us, your customers, to use!!
This app is not working in iOS 12.
