Why is SBI so ignorant about providing a fix this bug that’s going on from so long? Being a major main stream government backed bank why is it so clear that SBI is anti-iPhone / IOS users. Please provide a fix for it. All iOS users in India or across globe are getting affected by this. Unfortunately I cannot vote a zero
Stopped working with correct MPIN

I relied on this app to get online OTP for my transactions while I am out of India. The same mPIN to enter the app that used to work, doesn’t work anymore. To get new MPIN, I have to de register this device and then start over, which would again need an offline OTP on cell phone. Then what was the point of creating this whole app??
Not working after IOS12 update

This app stops working after IOS12 update, to deregiser this app we need to the app to be up and running to get the OTP and the the app isn’t working.. Raise an Customer compliant, I don’t think SBI executive trained enough to under the technicality of the issue.. PLEASE DONT install this app, this make your SBI money transfer hell.

iOS 12 update made the app to stop working. I am trying to deregister the app from INB but OTPs are not received via sms. So now I can’t re-register too. Hope they fix this soon. Everytime OS upgrades looks like this is happening.
