Otp issue in ios 12

Otp is not being sent for registration when i try to register the app in ios 12. It was working fine when i had ios 11.
App functionality is not good

I am getting the error “invalid arguments string.equals” when I try to enter the pin for the app.
Horrible App! Dont use else you would get locked out.

Terrible app. Software update breaks this app making it give “Unable to process request” error. If you want to revert back to phone based OTP, it will require OTP from this app first. Really badly written.
Solve Apple OS update issue

For all who have this issue. To resolve this go to Internet banking and log on to your account. Go to profile, then hi security options; there change your OTP option to phone or e-mail. Once you have done that delete the OTP app and install new. It will ask for registration and the OTP for it you will get in your registred phone or mail (what you have entered in your profile). I had the same issue and it was resolved this way. Please try and all the best.

Not received any update in store but still it is asking to update. denied for generating online otp. Not worthy to use otp app.
Doesn’t Send OTP to International Registered Numbers

Purpose of this app is to use OTP for numbers who are living abroad since SBI doesn’t generate OTP for International numbers registered. It doesn’t generate an OTP while registration. What’s the point of this app ?

Serves the purpose but you can easily get frustrated while trying to use this app. The only purpose of this app is to generate OTP and you never know if you’d clicked generate online OTP button because it doesn’t act as a button but like a label. It’s hard to figure whether app registered your touch. I’m not sure how this even passed the QA.
