Streaming, after updating – STARZ Review

I updated my WiFi account and have a new IP address, and I continue to receive error messages when I try to login. I have a yearly subscription that renewed in November. I have contacted support repeatedly without response. I’ve always loved this app until now. I’m terribly disappointed with customer service, not to mention the waste of money. I thought perhaps I might actually get a response with a review, one can hope!
