In this new version, the confusing picture for one the stretching exercise has been corrected!

Basic App is Straight forward

Just need to lose a few

Stretching has not been my highest priority even though I’m pretty active. The older I get, the longer recovery time becomes. This app has made it easy to make short stretching session a daily (or 2x daily) activity. Good starting point. Only thing that could be added is a description of which muscles are being stretched. This helps you know if you’re in the correct position.

The new logo is a little disturbing :)

Pretty good app.

Worth it

The app is very simple and basic and that’s what i like about it. If you make the time each day to use this app for stretching then you will see results.

Bad update

Love the app but the new images are not appealing or even well designed. Not updating this.

Not a great app

Only one routine, no ability to adjust without premium, go find a different app.

An awesome app to start the day off right!

So great to go through exercises each morning and start the day off right. Love how I can adjust and personalize stretch times and continuous going through stretches.

I downloaded this app because of all the good reviews but honestly I’m not sure why so many rant and raved about this app. Yes, it has a simple layout with example/instructions on each stretch with a built in timer you can adjust, but theres only a handful of stretches offered. Even buying the premium only gets you an additional 8 random stretches or so. I was looking for an in depth stretch app that gives multiple exercises for a focused area. Like a section for upper back or low back. These are just a bunch of random stretches thrown in an app. I don't see how they'd be particularly beneficial. Its better than nothing, but to really stretch an area, you need more than just one stretch move per body part.
