In Glitchy Far Far Away

Okay, it is fun. In fact I’m almost done with all the levels. That’s what makes the glitches all the more frustrating. The app must have been rushed with no intentions of cleaning it up later. I’m sure I’ll keep trying to clear the levels regardless of glitches. It must be the Darkside trying to slow me down.
Level 209 can’t be beat on my game

This level is currently unbeatable for me. You must match pieces next to a specific spot and t will will throw 2 random pieces you are supposed to match. The specific spots won’t register halfway through playing the level, making it unbeatable.
Excessive crashing

Pay to play, but once you pay be ready to have your cash go away with a crash. It started in Jakayla, and has continued through the Death Star. I’ll be most of the way to completion after using photons or a blaster on the master levels, and freeze. Have to reset every time. What’s even worse is when I do complete, and then it freezes.
Buggiest game of all time.

I wish I read the reviews before sinking so much time into this game. I can’t get over how much it freezes, crashes, tells me I lost even though I won. It’s mind boggling to me that such a high profile IP has so many problems. The most disappointing thing about all this, is I would be obsessed with this game if it weren’t for all the problems.

Great game, if it didn’t freeze up on me any time I leave the app (example: I get an incoming phone call, and when I hang up and go back to this app, my whole phone freezes up to where I have to reboot my phone). If I leave the app to go to another one, and I come back to this app? Freezes yet again. What’s the deal??

I usually don’t rate games, but I have had this app for over a year and I love it! By far the best puzzle game out there. Almost done with the master puzzles on Jakku, I have 1 more! Just can’t seem to beat 54.
Love the game, not the bugs

This is my go-to game. I love the effects and the attention to detail. HOWEVER, it is frustrating me at this point due to the bugginess of the trash compactor levels on the Death Star. Supposedly, when tiles are matched next to the stacked metal pieces, three are spawned to collect. This is not always the case, and I wind up losing a battery life because the creature grabs the few metal pieces I DID manage to spawn. Please fix this issue because I really don’t want to throw anything. That being said, it is nice to be able to go back to “problem” levels and finally beat them because they are not so impossible any more.

***Update: (January 2018) After three months I still cannot access new missions!!! I beat the Ahsoka's training event, unlocked her character, and then the next time I opened the app, it was gone! I beat it again to unlock Anakin, the character was in inventory, but the next time I opened the app, it had disappeared. Other events are advertised but never show up. This latest version is the buggiest yet! ***Update: (October) Still cannot access new missions. I had hoped with the recent update this would be solved but unfortunately this is not the case. All previous characters were at level 5 before the introduction of new characters, so the game has not recognized that I've met the criteria. Contacted support a month ago to no avail.*** Holo Leia levels locked up on level 9 and would not open (yes I was still on one battery life). Closed out completely, rebooted, nothing. Reinstalled game hoping that would reset it and either let me access it or least let me start all over, but the special event did not show up! Developers sorted out the problem and event started again. For the most part I really enjoy playing this game, but it's a bit buggy in spots. If you get a reward with an hour's worth of battery life, better hope you can use it all at once. Only used half an hour and completely closed the game to make sure the timer wasn't still ticking, but when I reopened it the rest of my reward was gone anyway. Also sometimes the board won't shuffle when you're out of moves. This forces you to restart, losing battery life, which is particularly annoying since the life regen went from ten minutes to thirty minutes in the last update. Used to be able to come back to a full battery after about an hour but now it's either pay for gems to refill the battery, or wait two and a half hours. Comes off as a way up in-app purchases. Still fun, but a lot less fun than it was yesterday.
