Great game but still waiting for iPhone X format...The game is not formatted for the the full screen display and does not fit to screen. This affects the visual experience ?. Please update

Every time I go out of the app to answer a text or check something else, then try to come back in and finish my round, it freezes and won’t let me do anything. I have to force shut down my phone every time, which wastes one of my battery lives. Also, what the heck is up with having to match a power up to use it? That’s ridiculous.

Hello. I love this app but sometimes certain levels I noticed, certain things won’t drop or it freezes. I also can’t click on a certain level. It’s a good app just some things need more fixes.

On top of the constant inability to select levels without reinstalling the game, having to play the same level for 3/4/5 days is absurd. I’ve been below 50% on Jakku since the games release because it’s all luck based and some of the level require gems that won’t even spawn sometimes.

I enjoy playing however I am at a point where I can go no further due to “bugs” in the 3 levels I have left to move on. Yes I contacted support and did all they suggested. It didn’t work so I contacted them again with more information. I was told it may or not be fixed in the next update, whenever that might be. ?

Constantly freezing!

I’d be giving this 4-5 stars if it would STOP RANDOMLY FREEZING! I’m sick of losing a life every time this happens. Figure it out. Please

App Freezes

App freezes all the time. It costs me lives, gems and money. I win levels and all tasks have green check marks but it tells me I failed the level or I buy more gems to complete a level and the app freezes, taking my money but I lose the progress because I have to kill the app for it to work again. It is ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet when it has been going on for several months now. Fix this app! This game is a lot of fun but it is riddled with defects to the point that it isn't worth playing and it is literally stealing my money! iPhone 6S+ OS: 11.2 Wi-Fi or LTE Version: 1.5.24

Persistent bugs, pay-to-play laziness?

I’ve written to the developers multiple times and never got an answer. This is a fun, addictive little game but bogged down by a yucky pay-to-play dynamic and atrocious bugs. Really: Disney and Star Wars can’t do better? The game forces you to buy gems to complete levels, then frequently crashes (after taking my money, natch.) One power-up is 100 gems - it might take 2-3 to complete a difficult level - but the reward is set at 10 gems, regardless of difficulty - sound unfair? (it most definitely is: a game should be reliant on skill, not wealth.) The whole game ‘locks’ when you lose enough battery with a countdown to when you can next play...only that randomly freezes or never counts down: I came back to the game after 5 hrs today and yep, still counting down. Unlockable characters never unlock when you meet the required goal; special events are regularly announced but never happen...all in all, a real kick in the teeth to returning players and Star Wars fans in general. Please fix!! Because there’s a decent little game here; ruined by the above.
