Game froze, lost progress...

So frustrated with the stability of this game, I was playing a level and used a buzzsaw power up to help clear the level and then restarted one level using 100 gems to get 5 extra moves. Game froze after that to where I couldn’t even move pieces even when the game was running and by that point it said the level was complete. After resetting it, it not only didn’t show I completed the level it also took my 100 gems I used wasting them. I’d like those gems back as well as the power up, this app needs to be fixed so this doesn’t keep happening!!!

Another update and still unable to get past Jakku. Game freezes after Unkar places several ration packs, which do not drop down and block any further gems in their columns.

Nice enough game. Still has plenty of bugs. I have characters that should be unlocked for leveling up other characters but I am unable to unlock them and I've cleared all levels but one. I still enjoy playing the bonus leveled.
Finally fixed!

Emailed tech support for months to fix the graphics on the iPhone X. The screen finally zoomed out enough to see the score. Looks great now!
This game is buggy.

This game is fun and has cool sounds and looks great. However, it has numerous game breaking bugs. Also, if your game is going to bug out to the point of level failing by no fault of the player, you shouldn’t count the fail as a lost turn.

I love the game but there is a glitch!!!! I have completed the Yoda event 3 times and I never received the card or any of the rewards. Please fix this and I will be happy to change my rating smdh Ok still no response or updates to fix the glitches!!! Not receiving any of the bonuses for completing the event challenges!! Surprised Disney would put their name on something like this. Severely disappointed
