I got the game and it worked perfectly until the lady left and the box was still there so I turned it off and began to play and the box was not there and only the white dot so I clicked the buttons on the headset and a menu popped up there was 3 things I can play but when I clicked them they weren’t working when I clicked the middle option the lady’s voice told me a quote and left and the other options don’t work so I can’t play it ? (I have a iPhone 6)

This a very fun and entertaining game for whoever is wearing the goggles and for the person who is watching the expressions on their face, but I would like to what the cyan switch is for on the beacon, other than that, it be very fun if you could be on the dark side as another option, and be able to have two players. I recommend this purchase to anyone who is or even is not a fan of star was, I mean, I defeated Darth Vader, so its a pretty awesome game

Saber doesn’t turn blue or calibrate

Can’t calibrate saber but, says synced. Doesn’t turn blue. Contacted Lenovo support... USELESS! Didn’t even try to help, just told me there is an ios issue and contact developer. I’m using an iphone 8 plus. Already sent info to developer and lenovo. Haven’t heard back from Disney yet. “West” ,yes that’s the lenovo tech’s name, took forever to answer chat questions and didn’t even try to help troubleshoot. Just took info on phone and where purchased. I see others have/had same problem... need help!

iPhone Update

The most recent update to iPhone seems to affect integration with the App when it is being utilized for the game. When you move your head the entire visualization moves also where previously the background picture was static/stable and you were able to look around.

I can’t progress in the game. I have beaten everything in dueling but I can get to the second encounter in the core. I’ve tried beat kylo ten again and that didn’t work. Please tell me I dont have have to reinstall the app. PLEASE HELP!

Love the game, hate the lag

I’ll start by saying that this game is everything I’ve ever wanted in life. Playing Holochess, commanding the battlefield as if I were a Republic/Rebel General, and lightsaber duels with most of the greatest villains. It’s a lot of fun... for a few minutes. After a few minutes of playing this game, my iPhone X turns hotter than mid-day Summer picnic on Mustafar. Then, my phone will go into “survival” mode -the screen spontaneously decreases in brightness, and the graphics card decides to vanish into thin air à la Jedi Force Ghost. You know that disorienting feeling you get when you’re in a dark room lit only by a single slow-paced strobe light? Now imagine there’s a lightsaber coming at you. I’m stuck on the last level because the game literally can’t keep up with the speed of the final boss’s movements. So I’m forced to just stand there, helpless. I can’t remember the last time I was this frustrated at a game. I HAVE AN IPHONE X. Do you realize how incredibly unacceptable it is for a phone app to require enough graphics processing power to make an iPhone X have a stroke?? I’ve tried low power mode. I’ve activated Do Not Disturb. I’ve turned off location services, background app refresh, and auto brightness. I’ve turned on “reduce motion”, and airplane mode. I’ve restarted the app, and restarted my phone. I’ve updated my phone and app to the latest versions. I’ve even put my phone in the freezer to see if that does anything. Nothing makes a difference. This app is a graphics hog. I think it’s as simple as that. I feel terrible giving a 1-Star rating on a game I love so much, but the developers NEED to be aware of how big of an issue this is. I really hope they read this review, and that this issue can be fixed.
