Packs cost to much. Game support is lacking after a glitch I’m unable to build the botony bay. And can’t mine resources because people keep killing me.
Absolutely Pay to Win

Take it from a whale, this game is absolutely Pay to Win and not Pay to go Faster. It’s Star Trek, so it gets one star for that.. the design though, you won’t catch up to me even if you invest 10 years as a free player. You will get close, if you spend $10,000. That’s how this game defines end-game content. Also their content moderation is garbage tier.. Absolutely atrocious customer service and support, you’ll quickly come to the conclusion that Scopely supports racism, misogyny, neo-nazis and homophobes but absolutely draws the line and stands against four letter words. Because...priorities.
Full of bugs and horrible customer service

The game has promise and there was a period of time where there weren’t so many bugs where I actually enjoyed the game. However for the past several months the game has been swamped with lots of horrible bugs, continuous crashing and freezing, dozens of display issues. I reported the issues to customer support and they either won’t answer my questions, blame my device or connection, or simply close the ticket without even answering my question or addressing the issue/bug reported. The customer service is downright horrible. And they have created so many pinch points in the game that try to force you to buy overpriced packs in the game store. Pretty much all the packs are either $50 or $100And contain very little content in the packages. Most of the packs are total rip offs. Strongly recommend you stay away from this game.

Amassed a small fortune trying to build something. Another player attacked my base every minute 52 times in a row until I had nothing left. Nothing stopped them. No automatic shield or limit to how many times they could attack.

Great gameplay love the story Could be better I sure wish they’d have let me at least be somewhere close to the federation Gameplay leveling up is a slow process almost makes you have to spend three years playing it to get any federation or Star Trek ship But it’s trek roll with it I guess Hey developers help the fans out a bit dawg

This could be an excellent game to play, but it is totally let down by the toxic bullying community. Just read general chat in the game and you will see the worst side to the gaming community. Stay away, unless you are a troll, in which case go play with others like you.

I will admit, the game takes forever to play without spending money to by latinum and I do wish there were more free ways to obtain latinum, but as a player who is patient and vows to only play for free and has seen other players make it very far in the game without spending money and with so many things to do in the game to pass time, I the leader of the Vader Syndicate "DarthVader2400" think that this game well deserves 5 stars.
