Good for Sharing but Not Managing

Beckerjs

This app presents pics from your website galleries very well, but it needs some work. It's hard to switch between galleries (if you sync multiples) and you can't manage your pics. I'd love to see Squarespace update the app with the ability to upload pics directly from your phone to your galleries through this app.

Updated version does not work

No Contact information

Updated the app and now it won't let me log in. I definitely have the correct login and password but it tells me "no valid sites found" now a once useful app is useless. Negative stars. Deleting if not fixed soon.

Bad update

I agree with the other reviewer, very frustrating app. It used to work fine but now it's hard to control the scrolling. It has the tendency to jump all over the place, making it hard to find or stop on a piece. I hope they fix this.

Almost there..

If it could play animated gifs, I would give it full stars.

Doesn't Connect Anymore

Horrible app after the recent update. So bad and so frustrating, that I am writing my first app review ever. Is there anyway to get the previous version of this app back? It worked perfectly, now this new version doesn't work at all...and don't tell me to 'open a ticket.' I did so several weeks ago, but this issue never got resolved. Very disappointed in squarespace. Been a loyal customer for years, but it might be time for me to jump ship. After getting a response from the developer that this problem has been fixed, I tried again but to no avail. This app is garbage. New version doesn't work either. ----- UPDATE: June 13th 2017: Just downloaded the latest version, and it still DOES NOT WORK!!!!! Are you guys ever gonna fix this? You guys also never got back to me directly about this problem. I feel like an abandoned, long time customer.

This app is terribly missleading. Squarespace allows you to make custom pages, but this app will not sync those pages. It will only sync galleries which is basically just an image slide show. It also allows something called projects, but my theme Flatiron, doesn't support projects. So basically this app is worthless to anyone lookign to sync their whole site to show offline in an interview setting.

Fairly useless

Can't upload or edit the portfolio in anyway. It's just to be able to share an image from your portfolio through your phone. All my portfolio images already come from my phone, so it's pointless.

Finally some stellar updates!

I am so excited (and relieved) to see that the Squarespace team has updated this app to display your 'gallery page' images in stunning high resolution for retina-grade iPad Pros (including the 12.9" model). This was a feature I had been waiting on for well over a year. Now I can proudly present my portfolio using this app on interviews with only a few minutes of advance prep-time needed -- if that. Love the ease of use and the fact that I can be up and running in no time for my next presentation. I don't think it is fair to review this app poorly for not supporting the ability to upload images into a gallery from your iPhone or iPad. This is still a professional web service / portfolio service we're talking about -- uploading photos from your iPhone hardly constitutes professional grade content, let's be honest.

Unbelievably bad

It is astonishing that Squarespace would even make this app available on the AppStore. It reflects poorly on them (Squarespace). This is a portfolio *viewer*, not an editor. You can't upload new photos, you can't edit the captions --- you can just view them. What's the point of that?!! I already have a website where I can view them. I have no idea what use-case this app helps address. If they can add the ability to add pictures to a portfolio and edit captions, this would instantly be worthy of further consideration.

Pretty Useless

When will you create an app that lets me edit my site on the go? This app merely allows me to show my portfolio offline. It's 2017 - everywhere is online.
