Delayed Data = Pointless App

I use mobile analytics to identify immediate trends and impacts that are occurring live. However, the data appears delayed. My analytics will show no visitors and no revenue despite having multiple orders. Not sure how that is possible... Update: issues still remain after updates and contact with Squarespace. Data is delayed by over an hour making real time social media campaigns difficult to track. If I’m receiving high engagement I may keep a promotion continuing for another 30-60 minutes, but this is impossible to measure via squarespace.

The analytics are a great tool to measure activity from your site; however, please look into a tool that hides the site owner’s activity to eliminate skewed data. Other than that, everything else is perfect!

I wish there was a way to filter out your own devices and ip addresses from counting towards viewership, and analytics. For someone who is starting out recently it can be cluttered with clicks from me just viewing my pages over and over again. Can you guys provide a payment plan option for those of us that can’t pay the full yearly price?
