As a intern / jr. developer / student, a lot of new things are constantly tossed at me. This guide gives me a clean and easy to follow environment to go to when I need questions answered about SQL. I find this much better than aimlessly searching the web!
This app does have a well thought out instruction for learning the basic concepts for SQL. The only concern I have are some minor, yet confusing errors in the examples. For example, the text may refer to a column named 'customers' while the example displays 'persons'. Although a small error, this mistake could be very confusing for a beginner. I would expect better proofing prior to publishing. Besides that issue, I believe this app to be easy to comprehend introduction for someone with no SQL experience.
This guide is very simple to use and navigate. It serves as a great reference in my opinion. Some small typos in the guide threw me for a little, for example in the SQL wildcard section a reference to First name is used but results for Last are shown. Overall though it serves as a quick refresher and is worth the buy.
Nothing in an app like this on the App Store! Hopefully PostGre Sql command syntax can be added soon! Great job, I use it every day as a db admin
