I took a web class back in school but it's been a few years. This is an invaluable resource to have all the CSS information handy. I really enjoy how it shows compatibilities with the top Internet programs. And at such a low price it's a must have for any designer seasoned or amateur.
I code; CSS does not come easy for me. I've been relying on a old laminated visibone quick guide for far too long. If I use this once, it's paid for itself.
This is the second app I got from them and it's great, too. It's easy to look something up and it provides examples to make sure I understand the syntax. I use them on my iPhone and it's easy to see everything and navigate. I like the layout as it's fast and easy to use. The examples are the best part, because let's face it - sometimes I get a bit brain dead and don't have great comprehension. The examples make sure I have a clue and I love that. Good work.
I like the app. It is a great reference but I have found some things missing like, 'background-size'. I would love to see it enhanced to have all the latest CSS3 spec.
I am starting to design websites that need me to learn more complex uses of CSS and this app makes clear by example how styles are used. Nice to have even when off-line.
Content loads occasionally, sometimes not at all. I've had to load it back on my iPad 3 times already in the past 2 days to have the content appear. It just disappears. You open the app and there's nothing there. Waste of a money. Feels like a ripe off. Same thing happens with their PHP app.
This app has more properties than you'll ever use which is a good things because its quiet thorough. Search works good. And all properties have good explanations. This app would be better if it showed examples of the properties in action. This app only list examples for few but would be nice if examples were provided for all if not most. I hope this becomes available with future updates then it will be 5 stars.
But not complete or accurate. Ex. It say no IE support for border-radius and others like box shadow which is not true.
This app replaces several hard copy books on CSS that I own and use. Thank you so much for all your work. I especially like that I can use it while I'm in the air or when I'm in dead zones.
