I love the fact I can populate so many social media sites at the same time. I don’t like that it takes me 2-3 times to get the photo edited correctly.
OK, a pale shadow of the Web version

The app is OK in small doses for limited functions - but it’s clunky to navigate, difficult to find the powerful tools to use of the web version.

I've been using Sprout Social for years and would never use anything else! The desktop and mobile app are both awesome. Highly recommend.

Did I miss something? What happened to the extension for the app to share content when in another app?
Don't load first time

I've heard great things about this app and company but when I opened the app up for the first time downloading it wouldn't let me say I was a first time user. Fix this bug and I'm sure you'll be able to having an awesome app/service.
Rejected Tab

The app works great and is very helpful especially when I'm not at work but I noticed that the app doesn't have a rejected tab under publishing and it's very important for me to have that tab.
Upgraded to Corporate Plan - App Crashing

Upgraded to corporate plan an hour ago. App keeps crashing (black screen then closes) every time I try to delete text in a post that has hashtags or @ people in it. Uninstalled and reinstalled, turned phone off and on, the usual. Still crashing. Not happy, especially since I just upgraded!

I've been using Sprout since 2012 and it has been the key to my success as a social media manager at a univeristy. The app is easy to use and very effective in monitoring social conversations and keywords. I love the support they provide as well if a problem should arise. IF Sprout is not a part of your social media workflow, you are missing out!
