The Sprint Direct Connect Now app brings Sprint® Direct Connect® push-to-talk (PTT) communications to Apple smartphones. The Sprint Direct Connect Now app enables push-to-talk communications with Sprint Direct Connect devices including best-in-class features such as 1-to-1 calling and group calling all with the convenience of touchscreen controls.
*Sprint Direct Connect services should be added onto your Sprint account before attempting to use the application.
*Please make sure to turn on and and allow location/GPS, access to contacts, and push notifications.

I will give it 3 stars for now. I run my business using direct connect phones from sprint. I'm really pleased that now I can use my iPhone for direct connect calls. I just installed it and I will try it out to see how it performs. The only thing I don't like so far is that I have to turn of my wifi feature on my iPhone for direct connect to work. Please fix that for the iPhone. I don't have to turn off wifi on my Kyocera Torque in order for direct connect to work with my other Kyocera Dura Xt phones.

Been waiting for something like this for smartphones, and it works as advertised! Wifi support would be nice, but it's an easy toggle.

Updated: Make it so it works with Wi-Fi turned on this is stupid to have the users turn off Wi-Fi to use this great app. It's 2015 we use Wi-Fi! Make the change and we are back to five star ?. Also make it so the app can run in background! Old review: We use it for work with team of 10 field technicians this is best thing Sprint has done they should show this on the TV because At&t and Verizon doesn't have it. Sprint should show the funny Super Bowl commercial after the add ?. Please make it work with wifi turned on.

Um... hey Sprint! Are you paying any attention to these reviews? The same complaint has been repeated over and over again. Why won't the DC app work with WiFi turned on? That's utterly ridiculous. Especially since your 3G/4G network is so unbearably slow in areas that WiFi is a necessity. So we have to either choose from: Fast internet on WiFi without DC functionality -- OR -- Slow internet on 3G/4G with DC functionality. Here's a crazy idea, how about both? AT&T and Verizon offer push-to-talk over WiFi and Cellular, but Sprint can't? Seriously? Come on!

Need speedy communication this app is great for groups , taxi , work etc I like it a don't use wifi if you at home just using wifi take it off this a app more like a tool to reach people right away no a relaxing thing this is on the go touch
