It's Not Awful

It's not the easiest to use app out there and it's all my CU supports, so it's better than nothing. That said, I'd love it if Sprig would add support for Touch ID.

Perfect for me!

It works perfectly for me. It requires some personal information to confirm your existing accounts. After confirmation, small deposits are made and the sum total withdrawn to confirm account activity. I no longer have to make trips to the bank to perform shared banking transactions. For those for whom it doesn't work, I wonder if your banking institutions must have an existing agreement for shared branching banking. My two local credit unions do this which is probably why it worked from the start for me. As for the"feel" of the app, it does what it promises and looks "pretty" enough to get the job done. Transfers between institutions are immediate. A wonderful time saver for me! I only wish I had this years ago!!

This brings remote capture to my credit unions and let's me view all my various credit unions balances into one place. also love being able to transfer funds between credit unions right from home.


Where'd they go?

Worked great for me for months, allowing me to transfer funds and pay bills from phone. This week my car loans and Visa information went away. Just displays share and savings account info. Why? And why have it, if that's all it does???

The app worked well the first few times I used it. Made banking with a small child in the house much easier. Now I am unable to answer my own security questions and no one at the company is able to help me. I have talked to 3 different people, had a request submitted for a call back and I never received one. In order to do anything to correct my problem I need to get a new password (odd since I know my password and that is not the problem). I wish the company could figure out how to problem solve their own product.

I have been using this app for close to one year. It was working fine until I found two checks that I had deposited using the app that never showed up on my credit union account. I will not use this app again!


Update with Touch ID and Raise Deposit Limits

I’ve used this app to deposit checks and send money P2P. It would be more useful if they added logging in by Touch ID (like every other banking app has done). It would also be helpful if they raised the deposit limit (like every other banking app has done) from $1500/mo to $10000/mo.

I can't even get past the terms page. When I want to hit "accept terms", the button is completely gone. Re-installed the app, the same problem persists. What gives?
