Avoid this app like the plague. It's buggy, poorly designed, slow, and ultimately useless. Not every credit union supports it, and the interface is absolutely atrocious. What's hilarious is that there's a video link on the side advertising the app — by a different name!
If you have trouble enrolling, the app provides a toll free number for assistance with enrollment. When I called, I was rudely advised that they only help if you are locked out of your account. They don’t help with enrollment issues. Totally useless app and even more useless support.
Doesn’t work well at all. If pic taken wrong (doesn’t have auto pic) it’s on you, bank will charge you.
my credit union doesn’t offer mobile deposit, but they partner with Sprig, so I got this app. I was able to do a mobile deposit within minutes of setting up this app!
Just wanted to be able to deposit checks on my phone and the app completely freezes before i can even think about filling out anything about my bank account. For an app that controls peoples money this sure is a terrible and seemingly easily breakable system. Thinking about transfer banks strictly because if this app.
I’m able to sign into my account half of the time. Other than that it just never lets me log in. Terrible app
Touch Id access worked great!!! But now my phone has Face ID and it doesn’t work. Get an error and in a permanent loop. Have to shut down. Go to app settings turn it off. Close App and restart. Now you enter your password if you make a mistake it tells you and places you on the password but now keyboard pops up. So again you have to close the app. Once in I use to check balances, do transfers and did a check deposit once and it worked.
Be wary - if you have both personal and business accounts with your credit union, sprig does not service your business accounts. They will reverse your deposit (not in a timely manner) and you are stuck with an already shredded check and no way to deposit unless you do a stop payment with the issuer of the check and start over. Too bad they don’t inform you of this up front.
